there are plenty of interlude servers with x1000/5000 rate. Imo os rly bad time for project like this.

and what project you suggest me?

Pay attention on how can you build a nice balaned PvP system I mean zones, classes and etc.

Pack? Acis of course.

You have your rates and make a lot of advertising to get people in your server.

One advice : If you want to have a health server with a nice pack that is your solution you can wait until you have the budget for it.

What do you want to do? To set a pack that isn't so good? And later to do the same because you weren't satisfied with the pack you used?

Then, when you mention starting my own project privately, do you mean taking a free datapack like L2jMobius and trying to make it functional for an online server?
