there are plenty of interlude servers with x1000/5000 rate. Imo os rly bad time for project like this.

One advice : If you want to have a health server with a nice pack that is your solution you can wait until you have the budget for it.

What do you want to do? To set a pack that isn't so good? And later to do the same because you weren't satisfied with the pack you used?
