It's a low rate server with retail features,quests,etc!it's not pvp server to have customs or w/e!

15x on High Five is not low rate.. even on retail when it was high five you could get 80 in a couple weeks.. also real "low rates" wouldn't have custom NPCs, gm shops.. global gks.. all copy pasted from this website.

 

This is not a low rate its yet another mid rate, that won't last a month if it even has a life to begin with..

p.s. Don't underestimate people around here, there are no real ddos protection against some people and what you said is almost and invitation, lol.

we think about this we will increase buff duration or we will keep it retail for don't make buffer classes useless..
