:rage:I got this error when i try to log in a new l2 interlude server it says  my protocol version is diferent please continue...  if some one knows how to fix it leave message thanks

Nop. Completely wrong. This happens because for instance, if your server is interlude you run the l2.exe from a different interlude's system version. Try downloading here the system you need and you will be fine.

no dude i had interlude installer i reinstalled it but till same

Move the system that is in the client to another folder it shall not be in the client. Then unpack the zipped new system from the link I gave with winrar and copy - paste the new system to the l2 interlude client. When you have done all that then, go to the old system you will find a file called l2.ini copy it and replace it to the new system. Then run l2.exe

so the prob basically it cuz of the admin that he didn't set proper mix-max protocol versions

Take a look at the private servers section. It's full of IL servers.
