how to say hi? and what about make a restart on his computer?

i tryed command shutdown -i etc

but didint worked

Shutdown -i works only if the victim has his ports opened. 

 

Take note, that doing these actions are ILLEGAL. (Shutting down computers,etc)

 

By the way, you could change the name of the router on: ByeByeFreeNet!
