Just a thought, aiming at improving the quality of this section

btw I'm thinking of picking a random champion everyday and making a discussion topic about him, where people will explain their playstyle with him/her or ask questions about that champion.

 

Do you, guys, like the idea?

I'm thinking of using a random number generator, and pick the champion that matches the number I get in alphabetical order.

 

e.g. 1 = Aatrox, 20 = Evelynn

what the point if you've to make new guides for all champions?? I don't think that idea will have something positive except only newbie players of that game....

If someone wants to make a guide about a certain champion, then he is free to do so.

 

A guide should be much more detailed than a topic explaining generic staff. Unfortunately, however, most mxc guides are poorly writen, as they only include basic staff like runes, masteries, spells, skill order and 2-3 tips. No explanation about anything. It's like saying "Do this, this and that and you're pro at X champion".

 

Don't wanna sound arrogant, but only my Elise and Rammus guide are what a guide should look like. Maybe a few more. I remember some very nice guides from Chucky as well.

1: i dont think the community (majority of it..) is capable of actually holding a discussion

2: this board is not THAT popular (as compared to redit)

2. Judging from the replies in this topic, it's because people don't find anything interesting about it, even though there are lot's of lol players in this forum. Maybe these discussions could be "that interesting thing" they're looking for.

3. I'm also, really doubtful. If I wasn't I wouldn't have created that topic in the first place. But since most people are positive towards that thought, then why not?
