Npc Buffer error

Hey guys i try to implement Rin4a's buffer on my server because it has scheme....

 

I did'it all...but when i click on npc..it show's me quest...so it's a problem...and i have one error:

What i do wrong?

 

I use l2j Gracia Final (Ct2.3)

I guess there isn't such a file Config at that location.. tried to check that?

Yeah..and i have deleted that linea (4) and still dosent work

I have googled last hour's for this problem and...as i understand...in l2j it's another file....or name... that must be applied in line 4

 

I really need one buffer with scheme for my server.
