And if you read well matthew said im not scammer... and I can get noble to vouch if you want..

asyou said this guy has contact with a mobile company, so if you want you can charge the amount of rp to your lol account, be friend with the customer at lol for 2 weeks and then gift the rp.. so the customer's account wont  be banned
