There are only some scripts , but i think you have to search for it

dont try anything there are no enchant hacking programmes and the scripts are too old but if if u want search for it and try it!

Man, exist, but you need pass the security of servers C4 to use L2Packet.

l2 c4 is very old and have many bugs, search in olds topics and you will find.
