[Request] H5 Scheme Buffer

Anyone have a H5 scheme buffer they are willing to share. I looked over all the forums here and I could not find the one I want.

 

What I am looking for is a scheme buffer that has all the buffs (improves as well) with the skill level being their max. Also I want it to have a Auto buff area for Fighters and Mages. If anyone could send me a link to one or share it with me here, that be great.
