Does ban from this forum means that moderators ban his account?

                                                    or that they ban him so he cant long onto maxcheaters from his most used ip adress?

 

nah ban is usseles if u are vip its not a big deal to make a new account and scam again and again.

there are no protections if u get ban you can delete cookies and log in again nothing hard :D

Ok my friend translated it for me and he says he is not giving account unless I pay? Well Since he didnt boost that account even for 10 lp points he didn't deserve any money, he didnt earn any money so I dont have anything to pay for and he can give me my account back.

AND once again he has no rights to change password if I didnt approved it.

Look the second pic, he clearly says that he is going to a net cafe, as far as I know net cafes charge about 5$/2hours, so this guy gets no revenue? he spends 20$ at a net cafe to boost a random account for what reason? is he a good samaritian? nope, he just says poor and low lies to scam you...
