But the best for me is a server where it is really hard to enchant, this will allow trades of weapons armor and jewels and no over powered crap :)

but the best thing of Lineage II is the seiges and the famring and testing your luck on craft and masterswork FTW!!

Actually I play L2 but I'm waiting Aion for 2 years and it's gonna rock in MMORPG's market. In Korea, Aion was proclaimed the best game of the year and thousands people are waiting for the Beta in China... ^^
