I'd suggest TehGamers, the donations on the high rate don't give big advantage.

yea have ppl, but dont have dance,song,prophecies in Npc....For me this is not problem,i can make bots but dance and songs is 2 min! omg bro all is pvp server :P and all times dance and dance and dance...boring!

l2eternal (www.l2-eternal.com) (no donation at all,just for hair pins, and some other stuff but not combat gear)

 

l2terror (l2terror.com , not .NET!) (npc buffer but not full buff,no donations,it has gmshop)
