hawkeye FTW. critical power and critical chance LVL1 > all. dash, high range and balanced stats

critical power  phantom rangers has much more than hawk

and range of attack are same

depends on ur playstyle, if ur in a 9 man group with 2 healers 1 cat and 1 ol and 5 archers, i woudl say PR is the best cuz if all archers assist and crit very hard your group is really strong.

 

but if ur pvping alone and just want to gank ppl, i would say HE, cuz of dash and more hp cp than every other archer, and decet p atk and atk speed ^^
