hello my friend do you like to make a server  do you want to make a custom or a nno custom server i have many packs pf servers which i have fixed:) if you like this i sell these for 15 euros :) or ten euos others pm me for info about server ty

Don't buy anything as you can't recognize what's good or not. Try to play with l2j sources. Read L2j forum guides in order to understand what you need to do to setup a server.

 

Even if someone else make your server for you, what would happen if a bug occurs? Would you pay for each one?
