The thing is not the reageblage but rabadons.

 

You need to rush for as and ap. Rageblade is just for survivability. You can ignore it too if you want and make a book (the one with the adsorb, dont remember the name atm)

Go for kayle top ad you can snowball easy

at late game you are hitting as hard as ad carry
