Blessed Enchant Rate: 80%

Max Enchant with Ancient Scroll +15

Ancient Enchant Rate: 100% (for PvP. Coins)

 

As for the armor dynasty. Rather, I'm not. Because like terribly high five retail. Elegia. Vorpal etc..
