You are either missing the hexid (wrong location) or it does not match the one in the database.

Open the hexid.txt in Notepad, then open Navicat and look in the gameserver area and see if the two HexID's match.

Create NEW hexid, simple like that.

This would probably be your best option, but delete all existing HexID's before making a new one because if you do not the system will keep adding new entries to your MySQL gameserver table.

I did it a thousand time until now but nothing happens .

First 'clean' and then register again. Put hexid to config folder and you're done. Just in case: make sure it's hexid and not hixid(server1) or so.. :P

 

There is no way "it doesn't work" or "nothing happens" :)
