Looking for Transparation Crest Guide

The topic title says all,

 

I allready made some nice crests, which have been used for alliance's where i have been in. But now i had found something about that you can make with the Mask of Photoshop create transpartion in a crest. Which will be taken in l2 aswell, but i can't find a guide for it.

They got rid of alpha support in crests in like C1.

 

There is no more transparency.

you cant do transparent in CT1

but between the ones you have go with the first one

why did they get rid of transparency for crests? it limits creativity
