npc buffer GM shop in town?

Both but in town you will found unique npc you can't found in community service

server will be full of sweet event for make everyone happy  ;)

Every feature are realized for player wishes (in the case players wishes are different you can make a poll on the forum)

everyone dream about a stable mid rate server can survive in the time without donation can ruin the game
