Please can someone tell me command for restart server on l2 OFF very important pleaseee!

 

There is no such GM function in L2OFF, that is an L2J feature. Only thing you can do is use the Shutdown function from the server console itself then reload it manually.

Isnt there a way to teleport to players too or teleport them to you... or is it done through a script...?

 

You can do both:
