It appears that the application crashes when it tries to edit files that do not contain the buff id's, which means like it crashes when it searches for the "<for>" tag inside skills that aren't buffs example Mortal blow.

Yes I found the problem.

 

On buffs that can be enchanted my app doesn't work well, Im going to fix this and pm you.
