Iptables on windows

Hey there

 

for some days i am looking for somethink similar from linux "iptables" on windows to block ips that give ping more then 1000 but i couldn't find somethink similar to it .

 

Anyone know somethink about this ?

Well, I didn't see the pricing, lol. Except if you count to find it in warez, which can't be discussed here.
