[Help] Castle Control Script Problem

Hello every one today im downloaded Castle Control Script From this  LINK!! and i have 1 problem

 

i have my server on my PC and if i make this script on my pc with Xampp work fine

and if i add script on website host say this "Couldn't connect to host"

 

 

anyone can help me pls

Is the db inside your host or your pc?

Do you change the method to make connection when moving from your pc to your host?

Did you open any port of your pc?

I think that the default one is 3306 but dunno... google it.

i have 80/3306 ports open...

 

im tried to make this script in my PC(localhost) and work but on web host dont work..
