what problem exactly you have? i cant understand,my friends didnt have problem from paypal too

When i login in my account and press Pay Now! Its Says me : the payment is not completed please try another payment method....

You wont find a solution, ppl bothering with this sh1t for months and still havent find a solution, you better find an other way to purchase rp.

Even if you mail Riot, they wont help you :/
