[Request] Show Other Players CP/HP

Hello there guys.

 

Like in topic. Is there any exploit/tool that can show enemy hp/cp? I remember i was having something like that about 3-4 years ago but cant find it ;( Also if someone know that exploit/tool please inform me on what chronicles is it working. The best for me atm is H5 :)
