Low rate server makes sense only if its l2off, and if its retail 100% imo.

So here's what's wrong with it :

Champion Mobs Spawn: 3%

Champion Mobs Reward: x24

Tattoo: YES only drop

Custom: New 20 pets

Custom: Catch a Pet Quest

Custom: Champion Mobs Items Reward

Custom: Potions

So yeah, if you want to be successful remove all this, and announce a beta period so people can check your project.
