Probably the guy made it in any video editor.

 

But i think something "smilar" can be done , one guy called Michaejtle was making these things and i think he can do something smilar.

its easy to make damage on screen.... edit systemmsg-e.dat here is everything what displays in systembox and can be displayed on screen
