Its about a game[World of warcraft] (vote reward system)

Is there any program so i can change my ip every time i want so i can and vote and vote and vote and vote again?

Restart router

Use private VPN proxies... will change your whole IP, not the internet web based.

Use tor for browsing with random IPs

You want to vote in Hopzone? As far I know it has protection 'bout that, even if you restart your router or try via proxy.
