Sorry but the description of this one sounds stupid, since it's 100% how is it possible to fail? ;) Anyway, your server has nothing unique like all the servers that opened recently, though I'll try it cause it might has better balance (thing that I doubt but everybody deserves a chance).

Remove the PVP requirement for using global chat, fix the cp/hp/mp recharging from npc buffer.

Add non-aggressive mobs in Hunters Village, and more of them.

 

Why is there no heal skill on mage subclasses?

    • ZonePvPSpawnBossRadio=0 ZonePvPSpawnBossBarakiel=0 at the Customs.ini in L2Server folder. Im prety sure this is it because i had the same problem with you in cruma 1 floor for example and i couldn't fix it but i fixed it finally by changing these 2 lines
