In order to buy elo from here,you should do:

1)Pm league of ELO with the following information

2)Current ELO,Desired elo,Time you need,heroes,rune pages,Day/week you want it ready

3)When we agree,prize comes.Money go first,accepting ONLY paysafe and Paypal.

4)Add each other on skype,so we can have a better communication
