[Help]How to make a box

Hi guys!I don't know if i'm in the right section because the box i want to make i think requests client side files too and that's why i'm here to ask you about it...

So.I want to make a box that when you open it,it gives you random things like blessed scrolls or rb jwls or something like that with different chances

Is there anyone who can tell me how to do that?

and where can i put the item id's?

Track how Reagent Pouch (6009 ID) is used and you will know how to make your item, but basically it's like Leon said :)

and don't forget to add the item to your system :D

 

That's the reason i made the topic man..you should tell me that before..Where to put what and where? :O

Generally, you have to edit now client files, itemname and etcitemgrp :P

You can use any existing item as an template, copy any and modifi it to your needs, just change description, ID and you're done :)

You can do it via java side and client too.

 

Also, there is a file which called 'extractableitems.xml' into data folder. (Check it)

 

man when i spawn the box it says Test Box has spawned in your inverntory

but i can't see it..it's like i spawn it and it doesn't appear

I did it but still not appearing...maybe my file edit don't save it...i don't know why but when i open itemname and put the line for the box and save it,then i open it again to see if it save it but it don't save it.What's happening with file edit damn??

itemname-e doesn't matter while server is in beta phase . Take a look at etcitemgrp.dat or just try another fileedit.

 

I don't know what is goin on...someone who has knowledge about this pls help!!

    • Here is a L2JMobius Classic Interlude FULL server. The share includes full server source+datapack, patch, interface and the P110 client. The original build is L2JMobius. However it was bought from a user called "ClassicLude (https://classic-lude.org/)" which is also a huge scammer, selling free Mobius files for $500. I could not believe someone actually bought this, yet here we are.    Unfortunately the admin is a scammer and refused to pay his remaining balance of over $150 to me since he is too busy "working for Bill Gates" and opening the next big mega mall in ChatGPT city therefore not having enough money. The server itself garnered a massive 30 players so I can't really tell you if this is usable. Knowing its backstory and that it is Mobius based i can surmise that it is NOT suitable for serious users. This build is the result of typical AI slop and vibecode "admins" thinking they just "one shotted L2J" because they discovered how to prompt an agent.   I have made the following changes, some of which were regrettably butchered by the admin after he discovered how to download Cursor.     • I logged in with this system, maybe its the patch shared by greenhope i don't remember i just downloaded it because i love C3 but no l2j or l2off c3 is good everything is buggy and this one too, also it has no geodata and i don't know if it has geoengine because i didn't see the config for it in the config folder.
