-8 Con is ways too high..you will get stun 90%...

with symbol +4 STR - 4 CON , +5 DEX - 4 Con , full BDS , blessing of cat , PR will become a super killer :)

The whole point of an archer is basically to kill the target before it reaches you... so I wouldnt worry so much about that (if you stay on mobs you can kill before they reach you ofc.)
