this is a virus or not?(i know some program like  l2.phx is a virus but not harmful for my computer)

My AVG shows it as a trojan :/

I download l2 phz, and when i try to run it always said there are an error. I can only use that version with "? ? ? ?". I run it but than i dont understand anything. And i dont know how to put things no my char  or something. Plz help
