for that type tricks you I-Net must support Dynamic IP , allowed to members change manual own IP or you need host programs premium or go make 1000 IP and change host IP by host Program (or alot site use cookies remember just clean cookies and re-vote :P) for MYSLQ/DDOS crash you need realy good PC cuz you risk to burn PC memory cuz you sned faster information to other server and actually he can't revive that info and that make crash (but alot servers/site have premium support and he locked or disconnect that IP who sned faster informations(data flies)
