how to? Resctrict Items in area pvp

Someone gives me an idea of how to restrict items in an area?

I have an auto zone pvp flag, and restrict entering multiple items

 

example two ideas:

-Upon entering the area, automatically, take it off

-or Unable to enter the area with items , until they stop using.
