I am looking for a cheap mobile phone with wifi and android software.

I need something with long range wifi power. I mean that my girlfriend has the modem for example at her father's office (they have 2 floors house) and if she is at her bedroom , it would be a little bit difficult...so she needs something strong about the wifi spot feature...
