If semeone want to enchant their skill he must go to their master to enchant the skills..! With that npc all CLASSES can enchant their skills. Its ALL-IN-ONE

Basically to the servers of i played as user i always seeing ppl asking where they can enchant their skill with that npc no one will ask for this :D
