this formation is pretty much what is required for a clan of 18 people lvl faster and have all the necessary for end game quests and end game bosses/pvp

EE+bishop is main for DD party. U cant kill single rb only with bish, and fighters waste mana very quickly (aoe) or spammin on pvp

P.S. Why don't you make an interview/exam or some other way, to compensate about the 300 posts? Having some people in that clan, who haven't still written this much may not be such a problem, if matching other criterias :)
