[HELP]start up lol

Hello guys i  have lol installed at my laptop for one year now and its first time i get this problem.When i double click the shortcut of lol it stucks at Image of LoL and it acts like it make rr itself all the time.

I have the same thing in my screen when i am opening lol.

But it opens normaly after 5-6 secs.
