[Guide] How You can change your icon in "l2.exe" File.

Hello Guys!

Today I will saw you a simple and easy way for change your ".exe" Icon File in your system Folder, for give

more style in your Server/Project. :P

OK let's begin now.

First: Remember this Guide is for all Client/Chronicles!

First we need a System Folder with "l2.exe" file.

You can download what everything you want from Raule's List!

All systems are working 100% (but you know already this ofc xD).

Second: We will need the "Resource Hacker" a free Application easy in use and it will help

us make our custom icon reality 8)

You can download the Resource Hacker from this web page !

Click HERE. I had downloaded the Version 3.6.0!

Better you too, the new versions are better. Feel free :) ]

 

How about working the Resource Hacker ?

 

Well first of all you must download it from the website where i had given you!

Next Install it and Run it(It's working in x32,x64 and maybe x86 systems).

Just open the Application go "File/Open" and go in your main folder where you have putted the your system and open l2.exe file.

Just open the file go and click in "Icon Group", open the folder 128.

The 128 is the l2.exe's Icon!

For Change it you must Right-Click in 128 and Select Replace Resource.

Click "Open file with new icon... and Selected yout own Custom Icon!

After selected click replace and voulaa

 

Click Safe and Refresh your folder!!

Good job man , but what is the point of this guide? what we will win if we change the icon ? :/

Many Private Server have a Custom Icon. If you have a Custom Pr.Server is better have a Custom Icon.

Better for server but nothing special that's all :)

      Hello,iv got fafurion running localy just for fun and seems that files dont have geodata couse i can hit through walls so are mobs.Anyone can tell me how to activate geodata or where to insert geodata files?
