first, configure your eclipse to work with java JDK not JRE.

second, update subeclipse to 1.8. http://subclipse.tigris.org/update_1.8.x

and thirth, download and install Slik Svn 1.7.4.

 

Slik Svn 1.7.4 32bit - Download (for Windows 32bit)

Slik Svn 1.7.4 64bit - Download (for Windows 64bit)
