[Help] how to add armor and weapons+20 on npc

hi people, i got a little question... i wanna make donator shop selling armor+ and weapon+ and jewels+... but i don't know how to add, any ideas?

Depends of pack, on hi5 I know there's a online shop integrated to client.

 

Else, 2 possibilities :

- manual : someone gives donators coins / stuff to the guy.

- automatic : linked to a website with account system, the guy buy through paypal/whatever and receive coins automatically (SQL query via PHP).
