Need tools to save dat file with UTF-8

Hmm, i have a problem, i just want translate .dat file into my language. so i need tools can save file .dat with utf-8. I have used L2dat_enc_dec. It's really good, but it only support from C3 to Gracia Final. I just try l2file edit lastest version, but when i save with utf-8 charset, some character error.

I want to know how L2dat_enc_dec can save .dat file with utf-8 charset with no error and how to make it support GOD version. Please help me !!

you can try open file with FileEdit and edit all text, make a txt file and paste all there, begin traduction and paste your new lines into dat.
