The problem on both screens is the same, and I invite you to search on Google for explanation.

 

Seems it's linked to Windows. I didn't find a single "question + good answer" topic, only things to test. As I'm lazy to copy paste, jsut search on google with the name of the error.

 

You can eventually directly search on L2J Forum about that error, or ask if no one speaked about.
