Decrease Delete Augment Price

How to decrease the price that cost remove an augment? Is there any script or is in java? Where is exactly the price of delete augments , it cost 150k to delete an augment,  I want that it cost 1 adena to delete augment, Thanks

Edit one or both clientpackets : RequestRefineCancel / RequestConfirmCancelItem

 

Prices are hardcoded following type and number of crystals the item is made of.

Does anyone knows how to reduce augment removal price through server files?  I mean GameServer files, configs or through Navicat? I have no access or knowledge about anything you called client packets or so...
