Server Problem

When i try to join a server i always get the message error :Disconnecting, blah blah map is missing

I am to lazy to go and download the map to place it in my maps folder so does anyone know what should i type in the console?

cl_allowdownload 1(if i am not mistaken)

This could be a server problem, they might have set the server not to upload any files.

If it's not a server problem(which the most of times is...),you have to enter the command hax0r gave you.

I already tried that command, the annoying thing is that i have to download the map to play and i am lazy. All the servers cause that problem to me so probably a steam prob and i am bored to reinstall it, if someone can give me a solution thanks then i must reinstall steam :/
