This is my core build on Nocturne

 

1. Wriggle's Lantern

2. Mercury Treads/Ninja Tabi/Berserker Greaves (Depends on the enemies and your snowballing)

3. Warmog's/Frozen Mallet (Depends on my team's CC)

4. Atma's Impaler

 

The rest are situational. Some nice options are Wit's End, Randuin's Omen and Guardian Angel.
