I know , Ns4.psomasweb.net (my Server4) just got closed by the gator. Anyway , i am gonna code something like multiupload and share it to help users keep sharing their files :) Quote
notfound Posted January 23, 2012 Posted January 23, 2012 Well i think this is for the best, many things will settle down and we will find some final companies to share our files etc, think of it as a filtering process. This is just a huge shit floating right now but its gonna sink soon. They cant stop ppl from sharing warez cause thats their "problem". As long as there are $ in the way, warez wont stop. Btw why they didnt close rapidshare and other companies? they closed megaupload for now and affected somehow filesonic i dont know for others. RS has tons of warez they are just more legal covered and have more influence. anyway lets see where this will lead, im 100% against it was about to buy 50tb server ;) for ma wuorez Quote

Most of the modern upload sites were created to stop rapidshare growth or just to copy rapidshare, cause at the time, rapidshare.de was like the only stable and fast upload service. The sites that were mostly rapidshare clones are no match for the fbi as they are easy preys, 1-2 warnings and they are down. Sites with people that really like what they are doing like piratebay are more resilient. Piratebay for example is being sued for ages, their owners went to jail more than once, they are being tracked and hunted all the time yet the site is still up and running, and it was the first site to complain about SOPA. As they say, they cant do anything to PirateBay, cause no swedish law 'touches' them :P Quote
