I put some skills on my server, but i don't know how to put the icons i have for the client

Can someone help me?

well opening skillgrp.dat you can see that a example.

icon=package utx

skill0016=texture icon

 

just make a new utx and put there new icons and change names in lines .dat

yes now you can, but making new file utx, not importing into icon.utx

Use your mind and you will find everything. In my opinion you shouldnt export the utx to targa and blabla just look what Critical told you.

He told you to take a file editor open skillgrp.dat find the ID of the skill icon that you want and check out the line you will find the i00 or sth related to icon copy it and then decrypt etcitemgrp.dat and find one random id copy the random id  paste it at the end of all lines change the id change the icon with the skill (u had copied before) and encrypt it save it and you are done.
